REMOVAL
WARNING
During normal machine operation, cooling system can become very hot. Do not remove
heater hoses while cooling system is hot. Allow cooling system to cool prior to removing
heater core. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Ensure seat stand is positioned all the way forward prior to removing heater core.
CAUTION
Valves should turn with minimal force. If valves do not turn easily, they are probably already
closed. Do not apply a large amount of force to turn valves. Failure to comply may result in
damage to equipment.
