Install windshield isolator (Figure 12, Item 12) to operator cab (Figure 12, Item 10).

After sealant has cured, install front windowpane (Figure 12, Item 11) to operator cab (Figure 12, Item 10).

WINDSHIELD ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION
WARNING
Replace broken window glass carefully. Wear a pair of heavy leather gloves or other suitable
hand protection. Support window glass during removal and installation, as required, so it does
not drop. Failure to comply may result in serious injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
The parts that are replaced in this procedure will not be found on a HYEX that has the
Supplemental Armor System (SAS) cab installed.

With the aid of an assistant, install windshield assembly (Figure 13, Item 3) to operator cab (Figure 13, Item
10).
