Install fitting (Figure 4, Item 7) to line (Figure 4, Item 11).

Lightly lubricate O-ring (Figure 4, Item 10) with clean oil.
6.
Install O-ring (Figure 4, Item 10) to fitting (Figure 4, Item 7).
7.
Install fitting (Figure 4, Item 7) to auxiliary circuit shut-off valve (Figure 4, Item 9).
8.
Lightly lubricate O-ring (Figure 4, Item 8) with clean oil.
9.
Install O-ring (Figure 4, Item 8) to fitting (Figure 4, Item 7).
10.
Install fitting (Figure 4, Item 5) to fitting (Figure 4, Item 7).
11.
Lightly lubricate O-ring (Figure 4, Item 6) with clean oil.
12.
Install O-ring (Figure 4, Item 6) to fitting (Figure 4, Item 5).
13.
Install hose (Figure 4, Item 4) to fitting (Figure 4, Item 5).
14.
Lightly lubricate O-ring (Figure 4, Item 3) with clean oil.
15.
Install O-ring (Figure 4, Item 3) to line (Figure 4, Item 2).
16.
Install hose (Figure 4, Item 1) to line (Figure 4, Item 2).

LEFT SIDE AUXILIARY CIRCUIT ARM LINES REMOVAL
WARNING
Hydraulic system operates at high pressures and temperatures. Always allow hydraulic oil to
cool and relieve pressure in hydraulic reservoir before working on hydraulic system. Wear
eye protection and gloves to prevent injury. Open lines and hoses slowly and wait for any
residual pressure to relieve before continuing to open lines and hoses. Failure to comply may
result in injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Wipe area clean around all fluid connections prior to removal. Cap and plug all hoses, lines,
fittings, and ports during removal to prevent contamination of system components. Systems
must be kept clean from contaminants. Failure to comply may result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Position drain pan under hoses being removed.
Tag and mark hoses and fittings prior to removal to ensure proper installation.
Note position of each tie wrap and remove as required.

Remove hose (Figure 5, Item 19) from fitting (Figure 5, Item 20).
