Remove line (Figure 3, Item 20) from line (Figure 3, Item 18).

Remove O-ring (Figure 3, Item 21) from line (Figure 3, Item 18). Discard O-ring.

Remove bolt (Figure 3, Item 22), washer (Figure 3, Item 23), and clamp (Figure 3, Item 24) from line (Figure
3, Item 18).
6.
Remove line (Figure 3, Item 18) from boom (Figure 3, Item 9).

WARNING
Hydraulic system operates at high pressures and temperatures. Always allow hydraulic oil to
cool and relieve pressure in hydraulic reservoir before working on hydraulic system. Wear
eye protection and gloves to prevent injury. Open lines and hoses slowly and wait for any
residual pressure to relieve before continuing to open lines and hoses. Failure to comply may
result in injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Wipe area clean around all fluid connections prior to removal. Cap and plug all hoses, lines,
fittings, and ports during removal to prevent contamination of system components. Systems
must be kept clean from contaminants. Failure to comply may result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Note location of hoses and position of fittings prior to removal to ensure proper
installation.
Note location of clamps prior to removal to ensure proper installation.
Note position of each tie wrap and remove as required.
Position drain pan under hoses being disconnected.

Remove hose (Figure 4, Item 25) from line (Figure 4, Item 20).
