Install filler neck (8) on hydraulic reservoir lid (3) with six screws (7) and new self-locking nuts (6).

Ensure reservoir is free from dirt and debris by wiping with a clean cloth.
Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful vapors, and are
harmful to skin and clothing. To avoid injury or death, keep away from open fire and use in well-
ventilated area. If adhesive, solvent, or sealing compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately
with soap and water. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.

Apply sealing compound, Loctite 515, to both sides of gasket (4).
(7)
Position gasket (4) on hydraulic reservoir (5).

Apply sealing compound, Loctite 567, to threads of bolt (1).
(9)
Install hydraulic reservoir lid (3) on gasket (4) and hydraulic reservoir (5) with 28 washers (2) and bolts (1).
e. Installation.
Installation of the hydraulic reservoir is the reverse of the removal procedure with special attention given to the
following:

Ensure all hoses and tubes are reconnected to positions noted prior to removal.
(2)
Ensure new self-locking nuts are used.
(3)
Install cable ties as necessary.
(4)
Deleted.
