b. Installation.
Always replace hoses with appropriate parts to prevent hoses from bursting. Failure to comply may
result in injury or death to personnel.
Cleanliness is essential for correct and safe operation of the hydraulic system. Ensure dirt and debris
are not allowed to enter hydraulic system. Failure to comply may result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Ensure all hoses, wires, and tubes are reconnected to positions noted prior to removal.
Install cable ties as necessary.

Install adaptors (8), (5), and elbow (2) on valve
assembly (12).
(2)
Install valve assembly (12) on hose reel (13)
with two screws (11), washers (10), and new
self-locking nuts (9).
(3)
Install hose (7) on adaptor (8).
(4)
Install tube (4) on adaptors (6) and (5).
(5)
Install tube (1) on T-fitting (3) and elbow (2).
