b. Installation.
NOTE
Perform Steps (1) through (3) only if spring caps and arbor were removed.

Install inner spring cap (18) on hub
assembly (17).
(2)
Install spring arbor (16) and tighten set
screw (15) on hub assembly (17).
(3)
Install outer spring cap (14) on spring
motor (7).
(4)
Install spring motor (7) on hose reel (6) with
two spring mount spacers (13), screws (12), and
new self-locking nuts (11).
(5)
Install swivel (10) on hose reel (6).
Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds
burn easily and give off vapors that are harmful
to the skin and clothing. To avoid injury or
death, keep away from open fire when using
these materials, and use only in well-ventilated
areas. If adhesives, solvents, or sealing
compounds contact the skin or clothing, wash
immediately with soap and water, and rinse
thoroughly. Failure to comply may result in
injury or death to personnel.
Cleanliness is essential for correct and safe
operation of the hydraulic system. Ensure dirt
and debris is not allowed to enter hydraulic
system. Failure to comply may result in damage
to equipment.
NOTE
Ensure all hoses are reconnected to positions
noted prior to removal.

Apply Loctite 567 to end of hose (8).
(7)
Install hose (8) on swivel (10) and T-fitting (9).
