a. Removal.
(1)
Remove two screws (1) and duct (2) from adapter (3) on defroster assembly (4).
(2)
Bow grille (5) and remove tabs of grille from slots on defroster assembly (4).
Remove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags, bracelets, etc. If jewelry or tools contact positive electrical
circuits, a direct short may result. Damage to equipment and injury or death to personnel may occur.
NOTE
Tag all wires and note their positions before removal.
Remove cable ties as necessary.
(3)
Disconnect connector (6) from motor resistor (7).
(4)
Disconnect two wires (8) and (9) from fan motor assembly (10).
