While supporting motor bracket (29), remove eight screws (30) and two heater mounting legs (22) and (31) from
housing (32) and motor bracket.

Remove housing (32) and plenum (33) from heater core (27).
(7)
Remove motor bracket (29) from heater core (27).
(8)
Remove two screws (34) and adapter (3) from plenum (33).
(9)
Remove two clip-on nuts (35) from plenum (33).
c. Assembly.
(1)
Install two clip-on nuts (35) in plenum (33).
(2)
Install adapter (3) on plenum (33) with two screws (34).
NOTE
Perform Steps (3) through (7) only if heater core was removed.
(3)
Position motor bracket (29) on heater core (27).
(4)
Position plenum (33) and housing (32) on heater core (27).
(5)
While supporting motor bracket (29), install two heater mounting legs (31) and (22) on motor bracket and
housing (32) with eight screws (30).
