b. Disassembly.
NOTE
Perform Step (1) only if removal of EMI filter is required.

Remove two screws (21) and EMI filter (13) from heater mounting leg (22).
NOTE
Perform Step (2) only if removal of fan motor assembly is required.
(2)
Remove two screws (23), motor resistor (7), and fan motor assembly (10) from motor bracket (24).
NOTE
Perform Steps (3) through (7) only if removal of heater core is required.
(3)
Remove tubes (25) and (26) from heater core (27).
(4)
Remove O-rings (28) from two tubes (25) and (26). Discard O-rings.
