NOTE
Note position of bracket prior to removal.

Remove screw (11) and spring leaf (12) from
heat exchanger outer casing (13).
(6)
Remove temperature sensor (14) and
overheat sensor (15) from heat exchanger
outer casing (13).
(7)
Remove O-rings (16) from temperature
sensor (14) and overheat sensor (15).
Discard O-rings.
(8)
Using an electrical contact tool, remove four
wires (17) from connector (18).
b. Installation.
NOTE
Ensure all hoses, wires, and tubes are
reconnected to positions noted prior to
removal.
Install cable ties as necessary.
(1)
Using an electrical contact tool, install four
wires (17) on connector (18).
(2)
Install new O-rings (16) on overheat
sensor (15) and temperature sensor (14).
(3)
Install overheat sensor (15) and temperature
sensor (14) in heat exchanger outer
casing (13).
NOTE
Position bracket as noted prior to removal.
(4)
Install spring leaf (12) on heat exchanger
outer casing (13) with screw (11).
