Remove three screws (6) and cover (7) from
arctic heater (8).
No smoking, flames, sparks, or glowing or
hot objects are allowed within 50 ft. (15 m)
of vehicle. Fire or explosion may cause
personal injury or death.
Fuel and oil are slippery and can cause
falls. To avoid injury, wipe up spilled fuel
or oil with rags.
To prevent possible injury, wear gloves and
protective eye equipment when handling
fuel. Failure to comply may result in injury
or death to personnel.

Remove two cable ties (9) and hose (10) from
glow pin connection (4) and fuel line (11).
(7)
Remove cap (12) and grommet (13) from air
blower cover (14) and fuel line (11).
(8)
Remove three screws (15) and air blower
cover (14) from air blower (16).
(9)
Remove glow pin connection (4) from air
blower (16).
(10) Remove O-ring (17), liner (18), and
O-ring (19) from glow pin connection (4).
Discard liner and O-rings.
b. Installation.
NOTE
Ensure all hoses, wires, and tubes are
reconnected to positions noted prior to
removal.
Install cable ties as necessary.

Install new O-ring (19), new liner (18), and
new O-ring (17) on glow pin connection (4).
(2)
Install glow pin connection (4) on air blower (16).
(3)
Install air blower cover (14) on air blower (16) with three screws (15).
(4)
Install grommet (13) and cap (12) on fuel line (11) and air blower cover (14).
(5)
Install hose (10) on fuel line (11) and glow pin connection (4) with two cable ties (9).
