a. Removal.
NOTE
Tag all wires and note their positions before removal

Remove three screws (1) and cover (2) from arctic heater (3).

Remove two screws (4) and water pump (5)
from arctic heater (3).

Disconnect connector (6).
NOTE
Perform Steps (4) and (5) only if required.

Remove two O-rings (7) from water
pump (5). Discard O-rings.
(5)
Remove bleed screw (8) and O-ring (9) from
water pump (5). Discard O-ring.
b. Installation.
NOTE
Ensure all hoses, wires, and tubes are reconnected to positions noted prior to removal.
Perform Steps (1) and (2) only if parts were removed.

Install new O-ring (9) and bleed screw (8) on water pump (5).
(2)
Install two new O-rings (7) on water pump (5).
(3)
Connect connector (6).
(4)
Install water pump (5) from arctic heater (3) with two screws (4).
(5)
Install cover (2) on arctic heater (3) with three screws (1).
c. Follow-On Maintenance.
Install arctic heater (Para 20-5).
