INSTALL FRONT WEAR SLEEVE
NOTE: Front wear sleeve can be installed with timing
gear cover removed or installed.
1. Coat I.D. of new wear sleeve with LOCTITE 609
Retaining Compound or equivalent. Position wear
sleeve on crankshaft flange.
2. Use the JDG467 Driver (from JDE3 Installer Set),
along with large washer and cap screw that secures
damper to crankshaft. Tighten cap screw until driver

bottoms.
3. Remove installation tools. Clean any sealant from O.D.
of wear sleeve and I.D. of seal bore.
