INSTALLATION
WARNING
Counterweight weighs approximately 13,450 lb (6100 kg). Do not attempt to lift or move
counterweight without the aid of assistants and a suitable lifting device. Failure to comply
may result in injury or death to personnel.
1.
With the aid of two assistants and a suitable lifting device, install counterweight (Figure 3, Item 9) to frame
(Figure 3, Item 14).

2.
Apply thread lock to four bolts (Figure 3, Item 12).
3.
Install four bolts (Figure 3, Item 12) and washers (Figure 3, Item 13) to frame (Figure 3, Item 14) and
counterweight (Figure 3, Item 9).
4.
Tighten four bolts (Figure 3, Item 12) to 1440 lb-ft (1952 Nm).
5.
Remove lifting device (Figure 3, Item 10) from counterweight lift eyes (Figure 3, Item 11).
6.
Install two caps (Figure 3, Item 8) to counterweight (Figure 3, Item 9).
