Position hose reel pan (Figure 3, Item 24) in machine.

Install seven bolts (Figure 3, Item 22) and washers (Figure 3, Item 23) to hose reel pan (Figure 3, Item 24).

Position valve mount plate (Figure 4, Item 5) in machine.
