ENGINE BLOCK HEATER WILL NOT WORK.
Step 1.
Check engine block heater (1) for continuity.
If engine block heater (1) does not have continuity, replace engine block heater (Para-20-17).
Step 2.
Check plug wires (2), (3), and (4) for continuity.
If plug wires (2), (3), and (4) do not have continuity, replace block heater (1) (Para-20-17).
Step 3.
Check bulk wires (5), (6), and (7) for continuity.
If bulk wires (5), (6), or (7) do not have continuity, replace wire(s) as necessary (Para-20-17).
Step 4.
Check electrical outlet wires (8), (9), and (10) for continuity.
If electrical outlet wires (8), (9), and (10) do not have continuity, replace electrical outlet
