a. Removal.
Failure to place dunnage between floor jack
and transmission could result in damage to
the vehicle.
NOTE
Left and right side transmission mounts are
removed in the similar manner. Procedure
shown for one mount only.
(1)
Place dunnage between floor jack and
transmission and support transmission.
NOTE
Step (2) is only applicable if the right side
transmission mount is being removed.
(2)
Remove two bolts (1) and lockwashers (2) from transmission mount bracket (3) and transmission. Discard
lockwashers.
