(16) Remove hose (34) from T-fitting (35).
(17) Remove nut (36) and T-fitting (35) from
bracket (37).
(18) Remove hose (38) from adaptor (39).
(19) Remove nut (40) and adaptor (39) from
bracket (37).
(20) Remove two self-locking nuts (41), four
washers (42), two screws (43), and
bracket (37) from frame (15). Discard self-
locking nuts.
(21) Remove four screws (44) and pawl (45) from
frame (15).
c. Assembly.
(1)
Install pawl (45) on frame (15) with four
screws (44).
(2)
Install bracket (37) on frame (15) with two
screws (43), four washers (42), and two new
self-locking nuts (41).
(3)
Install adaptor (39) on bracket (37) with
nut (40).
(4)
Install hose (38) on adaptor (39).
(5)
Install T-fitting (35) on bracket (37) with
nut (36).
(6)
Install hose (34) on T-fitting (35).
(7)
Install roller bracket (33) on frame (15) with
four screws (32) and nuts (31).
(8)
Install ratchet wheel (30) on front disc (28)
with six new rivets (29).
(9)
Install five screws (25), drum (26), and five
spacer pipes (27) on front disc (28).
(10) Install rear disc (24) on hub assembly (12)
and five screws (25) with five nuts (23).
