(11) Install two hub spacers (22), inner bearing
retaining plate (21), and bearing (20) on hub
assembly (12).
(12) Install key (19) in groove of hub assembly (12).
(13) Install hub spacer (18), inner bearing retaining
plate (17), and bearing (16) on hub
assembly (12).
(14) Install hub assembly (12) and two outer bearing
retaining plates (14) on frame (15) with four
nuts (13).
Always replace hoses with appropriate parts
to prevent hoses from bursting. Failure to
comply may result in injury or death to
personnel.
Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds
burn easily and give off vapors that are
harmful to the skin and clothing. To avoid
injury or death, keep away from open fire
when using these materials, and use only in
well-ventilated areas. If adhesives, solvents,
or sealing compounds contact the skin or
clothing, wash immediately with soap and
water, and rinse thoroughly. Failure to
comply may result in injury or death to
personnel.
Cleanliness is essential for correct and safe
operation of the hydraulic system. Ensure dirt
and debris is not allowed to enter hydraulic
system. Failure to comply may result in damage
to equipment.
NOTE
Ensure all hoses and tubes are reconnected to positions noted prior to removal.
Install cable ties as necessary.
(15) Install swivel joint (11) on hub assembly (12).
(16) Apply Loctite 567 to elbow (10), and install elbow on swivel joint (11).
(17) Install hose (9) on elbow (10).
