Engine shut OFF.
Electrical master switch OFF.

to ignition switch.

a. Removal.

Remove and discard nut (1), washer (2), bolt (3), and belt assembly (4) from bracket (5).
(2)
Remove bolt (6), lockwasher (7), spacer (8), buckle (9), washer (10), and boss (11) from seat (12). Discard bolt,
lockwasher, spacer, and buckle.
b. Installation.
NOTE
Buckle should be free to rotate after bolt is tightened.

Install boss (11), washer (10), new buckle (9), new spacer (8), new washer (7), and new bolt (6) on seat (12).
Torque bolt to 22 lbf/ft (30 Nm).
