a. Removal.

Remove four screws (1) from hand control pod
assembly (2).
(2)
Remove hand control pod assembly (2) from
arm rest (3).
b. Installation.
Install hand control pod assembly (2) to arm rest (3)
with four screws (1).
c. Follow-On Maintenance.
(1)
Install indicator lights (Para 12-45).
(2)
Install main hydraulic master switch
(3)
Install rocker switches (Para 12-14).
(4)
Install joystick (Para 12-24).
(5)
Start engine and functionally test hand controls (TM 5-2420-230-10).
(6)
Shut OFF engine (TM 5-2420-230-10).
