d. Installation.
NOTE
If replacing battery box and vehicle has cold weather kit, refer to Para 20-4 for modifications to
battery box before proceeding.
(1)
Install clipnuts (7) on chassis frame (6).
(2)
Install bolts (3), washers (4), and battery stowage box (5) on chassis frame (6).
(3)
Return all items removed from the battery tool box (2) and close tool box door (1).
e. Follow-On Maintenance.
(1)
Install belly plate beneath battery stowage box (5) (TM 5-2420-230-10).
(2)
Install master power switch (Para 12-8).
(3)
If equipped, install electrical outlet (Para 20-19).
(4)
Install batteries (Para 12-6).
(5)
Install battery cables (Para 12-7).
