Remove screw (32), washer (33), and clamp (34) from heater mounting bracket (26) and arctic heater (19).

Remove heater mounting bracket (26) from locking tabs of arctic heater (19).

Remove clamp (34) from cable (35).
(8)
Loosen clamp (36) and remove hose connector (12) from arctic heater (19).
(9)
Remove two clamps (10) and (36) from hose
connector (12).
NOTE
Perform Steps (10) through (16) only if
required.
(10) Loosen two clamps (37) and remove two
coolant hoses (28) from arctic heater box (2).
(11) Remove four clamps (20) and (37) from two
coolant hoses (28).
(12) Remove grommet (38) from arctic heater
box (2).
NOTE
Auxiliary connector on harness is not used.
(13) Remove four screws (39), washers (40), and
wire harness (41) from arctic heater box (2).
