POWER DELIVERY WIRING HARNESS REMOVAL
WARNING
Ensure electrical power is off prior to working on all electrical connections. Prior to working
on or around vehicle, remove all jewelry, such as rings, ID tags, bracelets, etc. Jewelry, and
tools can catch on equipment, contact positive electrical circuits, and cause a direct short,
severe burns, or electrical shock. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Tag and mark wires, connectors, and wiring harnesses prior to removal to ensure proper
installation.
Note position of each tie wrap and remove as required.
Note routing of power delivery wiring harness during removal to ensure proper
installation.

Tie twine to end of power delivery wiring harness (Figure 3, Item 10) to aid in the routing of cable during
installation.

Pull power delivery wiring harness (Figure 3, Item 10) up through lower hole in pillar (Figure 3, Item 11) and
out upper hole in pillar.
3.
Disconnect power delivery wiring harness connector (Figure 4, Item 12) from cab front work lights connector
(Figure 4, Item 13).
