Disconnect crush-all main body wiring harness connector Z1 (Figure 2, Item 5) from crush-all boom wiring
harness connector Z1 (Figure 2, Item 6).

Remove crush-all main body wiring harness (Figure 2, Item 7) from machine (Figure 2, Item 8).

CRUSH-ALL BOOM WIRING HARNESS REMOVAL
WARNING
Ensure electrical power is off prior to working on all electrical connections. Prior to working
on or around vehicle, remove all jewelry, such as rings, ID tags, bracelets, etc. Jewelry, and
tools can catch on equipment, contact positive electrical circuits, and cause a direct short,
severe burns, or electrical shock. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Tag and mark wires, connectors, and wiring harnesses prior to removal to ensure proper
installation.
Note position of each tie wrap and remove as required.
Crush-all boom wiring harness is routed up the main boom, through the pivot joint (right
side) and down to the end of the arm.

Disconnect crush-all main body wiring harness connector Z2 (Figure 3, Item 3) from crush-all boom wiring
harness connector Z2 (Figure 3, Item 4).
