BELT INSTALLATION
1.
Install air conditioner compressor belt (Figure 4, Item 3) to tensioner pulley (Figure 4, Item 1), compressor
pulley (Figure 4, Item 4), and crankshaft pulley (Figure 4, Item 5).

Adjust air conditioner belt (Figure 4, Item 3).

NOTE
For new belt installation, run engine on slow idle speed for 3 to 5 minutes then readjust.

Press air conditioner belt (Figure 5, Item 3) at midpoint between compressor pulley (Figure 5, Item 4) and
crankshaft pulley (Figure 5, Item 5) until it is tight.
