Install O-ring (Figure 4, Item 9) to hose (Figure 4, Item 8).

Install hose (Figure 4, Item 8) and O-ring (Figure 4, Item 9) to air conditioner compressor (Figure 4, Item 5)
with bolt (Figure 4, Item 6) and washer (Figure 4, Item 7).
7.
Lightly lubricate O-ring (Figure 4, Item 4) with clean oil.
8.
Install O-ring (Figure 4, Item 4) to hose (Figure 4, Item 3).
9.
Install hose (Figure 4, Item 3) and O-ring (Figure 4, Item 4) to air conditioner compressor (Figure 4, Item 5)
with bolt (Figure 4, Item 1) and washer (Figure 4, Item 2).

Install air conditioner belt. (WP 0531)
2.
Replace receiver-dryer. (WP 0538)
3.
Install cooling compartment lower access cover. (WP 0591)
4.
Install engine compartment lower access cover. (WP 0593)
5.
Connect negative battery cable. (WP 0521)
6.
Service air conditioner system. (WP 0540)
7.
Perform the Standard Follow-On Maintenance Instructions. (Volume 3, WP 0384)
