The arm link can come free and fall if not supported. With the aid of an assistant, support the
arm link as the pin is removed or installed. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to
personnel.

Remove pin (Figure 8, Item 4) from arm link (Figure 8, Item 19) and bucket link (Figure 8, Item 18).

Remove shim (Figure 9, Item 21) from arm link (Figure 9, Item 19).
