Install bolt (9) and two nuts (8) to arm link (6) and pin (10).

Tighten two nuts (8) against each other allowing bolt (9) to spin freely.

Install bolt (5) and two nuts (4) to arm link (6) and pin (7).

Tighten two nuts (4) against each other allowing bolt (5) to spin freely.
