Remove two nuts (1), washers (2), bolts (3), and linkage (4) from valve assembly (5) and axle (6).
NOTE
If replacing RLV, record length of linkage for use during installation.

Loosen two clamps (7), and remove clamps and rod ends (8) from linkage (4).
Ensure air pressure is drained to 0 psi (0 kPa) before taking off any air components. If pressure is not
released, components could blow off and harm personnel. The IHMEE air system is pressurized to
119 psi (820 kPa). Do not drain air from a tank with any part of body in air spray path. Skin embolisms
and/or debris in eyes can occur from released pressure. Failure to comply may result in injury or death
to personnel.

Remove two air lines (9) from valve assembly (5).
NOTE
If removing rear RLV, perfom Step (4). If removing front RLV, perform Step (5).

Remove two bolts (10), four washers (11), and valve assembly (5) from vehicle.

Remove two nuts (12), four washers (11), two bolts (10), and valve assembly (5) from vehicle.
b. Installation.
NOTE
If installing rear RLV, go to Step (1). If installing front RLV, go to Step (2).
Ensure all hoses and tubes are reconnected to positions noted prior to removal.
Install cable ties as necessary.

Install two bolts (10), four washers (11), and valve assembly (5) on vehicle. Go to Step (3).

Install two bolts (10), four washers (11), valve assembly (5), and nuts (12) on vehicle.
(3)
Install two air lines (9) on valve assembly (5).
NOTE
Ensure that new linkages are the same length as the old linkages.
(4)
If necessary, cut linkage (4) to correct length.
(5)
Install two rod ends (8) on linkage (4) using two clamps (7). Tighten clamps.
(6)
Install linkage on axle (6) and valve assembly (5) with two bolts (3), washers (2), and nuts (1).
