Loosen nut (7) and remove positive (+) terminal (8) from positive (+) terminal post (9).

Remove nut (10), screw (11), and wire (12) from positive (+) terminal (8).

Remove four nuts (13), lockwashers (14), washers (15), screws (16), and trickle charger (17) from hydraulic
reservoir step plate (18). Discard lockwashers.
NOTE
Cut as close to wire connectors as possible.

Remove electrical tape from connections.

Cut wire connector (19) from ridged
electrical outlet wire (20), black block heater
wire (21) and black trickle charger wire (22).
Discard wire connector.

Cut wire connector (23) from green
electrical outlet wire (24), green block heater
wire (25) and green trickle charger wire (26).
Discard wire connector.

Cut wire connector (27) from smooth
electrical outlet wire (28), white block heater
wire (29) and white trickle charger wire (30).
Discard wire connector.
b. Installation.
NOTE
Ensure all wires are reconnected to
positions noted prior to removal.
Install positive (+) cable before installing
negative (-) cable.
Install cable ties as necessary.
Cut as close to electrical outlet plug as
possible.

If replacing trickle charger (17), cut
electrical outlet plug (31) from three new
block heater wires (21), (25), and (29).
