a. Removal.
Hot parts can burn personnel. Let hot parts cool
before starting work. Avoid contact with hot oil.
Failure to comply may result in serious injury.
NOTE
Remove cable ties as necessary.
(1)
Place drain pan beneath oil sampling valve (1).
(2)
Remove oil sampling valve (1) from vehicle.
(3)
If required, remove hose (2) from adaptor (3) and
reducer (4).
(4)
If required, remove adaptor (3), reducer (4), hose (5)
T-fitting (6), and elbow (7) from vehicle.
