Ensure potentiometer link is installed as noted prior to
removal.

Position link (7) on potentiometer (2) and bracket (6) and
install bracket on vehicle with two washers (5), new
lockwashers (4), and bolts (3).

Connect wiring harness (1) on potentiometer (2).
c. Follow-On Maintenance.

Start engine and perform hydraulic calibration procedure

Shut OFF engine (TM 5-2420-230-10).
(3)
Remove "Do Not Operate" tag from ignition switch
