a. Removal.
Remove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags, bracelets, etc. If jewelry or tools contact positive electrical
circuits, a direct short may result. Damage to equipment and injury or death to personnel may occur.
NOTE
Remove cable ties as necessary.
(1)
Disconnect wiring harness (1) from potentiometer (2),
located at rear of right loader arm.
NOTE
Note position of potentiometer link prior to removal.
(2)
bracket (6) from link (7) and vehicle. Discard
lockwashers.
(3)
Remove link (7) from potentiometer (2).
(4)
Remove two screws (8), washers (9), and potentiometer
(2) from bracket (10).
(5)
If required, remove two bolts (11), lockwashers (12),
washers (13), and bracket (10) from vehicle.
b. Installation.
NOTE
Install cable ties as necessary.
(1)
If removed, install bracket (10) on vehicle with two washers (13), new lockwashers (12), and bolts (11).
(2)
Install potentiometer (2) on bracket (10) with two washers (9) and screws (8).
Change 1
