Remove nut (5), washer (6), pump bracket (7), and screw (8) from arctic heater box (4).
Remove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags, bracelets, etc. If jewelry or tools contact positive electrical
circuits, a direct short may result. Damage to equipment and injury or death to personnel may occur.

Remove retaining clip (9) and unplug connector (10).
No smoking, flames, sparks, or glowing or hot objects are allowed within 50 ft. (15 m) of vehicle.
Fire or explosion may cause personal injury or death.
Fuel and oil are slippery and can cause falls. To avoid injury, wipe up spilled fuel or oil with rags.
To prevent possible injury, wear gloves and protective eye equipment when handling fuel. Failure
to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.

Loosen two clamps (11) and remove hose
connector (12) from hose (13) and fuel
pump (14).
(5)
Loosen two clamps (15) and remove hose
connector (16) from fuel pump (14) and
hose (17).
(6)
Remove pump bracket (7) from fuel
pump (14).
