REMOVAL
WARNING
Hydraulic system operates at high pressures and temperatures. Always allow hydraulic oil to
cool and relieve pressure in hydraulic reservoir before working on hydraulic system. Wear
eye protection and gloves to prevent injury. Open lines and hoses slowly and wait for any
residual pressure to relieve before continuing to open lines and hoses. Failure to comply may
result in injury or death to personnel.
WARNING
Bucket cylinder weighs 430 lb (195 kg). Do not attempt to lift or move bucket cylinder without
the aid of an assistant and suitable lifting device. Failure to comply may result in injury or
death to personnel.
CAUTION
Wipe area clean around all fluid connections prior to removal. Cap and plug all hoses, lines,
fittings, and ports during removal to prevent contamination of system components. Systems
must be kept clean from contaminants. Failure to comply may result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Position drain pan under hoses and fittings being removed.
Tag and mark hoses, fittings, and shims prior to removal to ensure proper installation.
Note position of each tie wrap and remove as required.

Attach suitable lifting device (Figure 1, Item 1) to bucket cylinder (Figure 1, Item 2).
