Remove two nuts (Figure 2, Item 3) and bolt (Figure 2, Item 4) from arm link (Figure 2, Item 5) and pin (Figure
2, Item 6).

Lower Hardware Removal.
WARNING
The arm link can come free and fall if not supported. With the aid of an assistant, support the
arm link as the pin is removed or installed. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to
personnel.

With the aid of an assistant, move pin (Figure 3, Item 6) just enough to free arm link (Figure 3, Item 5) and
lower arm link.

Remove shim (Figure 3, Item 7) from between arm link (Figure 3, Item 5) and bucket link (Figure 3, Item 8).
