Remove two locknuts (Figure 2, Item 36), bolts (Figure 2, Item 37), washers (Figure 2, Item 38), and starter
relay (Figure 2, Item 39) from panel (Figure 2, Item 40). Discard locknuts.
13.
Remove locknut (Figure 2, Item 41), bolt (Figure 2, Item 42), washer (Figure 2, Item 43), and starter protection
relay (Figure 2, Item 44) from panel (Figure 2, Item 40). Discard locknut.
14.
Disconnect starter protection wiring harness connector (Figure 2, Item 45) from starter protection relay (Figure
2, Item 44).
15.
Disconnect starter protection wiring harness connector (Figure 2, Item 46) from starter relay terminal (Figure
2, Item 47).
16.
Disconnect starter protection wiring harness connector (Figure 2, Item 48) from starter relay terminal (Figure
2, Item 49).
17.
Open cover (Figure 2, Item 50) on starter relay (Figure 2, Item 39).
